Earlier, Halle and Olivier Martinez declined to speak with reporters on their way into court amid their bitter custody dispute, leaving their 13-year-old son to do the talking, under seal.
Halle walked down the courthouse steps Monday morning in a dark pantsuit and sunglasses, surrounded by cameras, but she wasn’t interested in answering questions.
Olivier was also caught on camera heading back into court after a lunch break in downtown Los Angeles, and he stayed silent as he ducked inside.
Their son, Maceo, testified during the hearing, which is still ongoing. The judge ordered both parents out of the courtroom while he spoke, and his testimony is sealed.
Sources say Halle arrived first, with Olivier and Maceo coming in together afterward. Things turned frosty when Halle shot a glare at her ex as he entered the courtroom.
As TMZ first reported, Olivier accused Halle of attacking and choking Maceo during an argument over a virtual reality video game, claims she has firmly denied.
