Agatha All Along Episode 6’s Lilia Twist Explained: The Tower Reversed Meaning & Scene Breakdown

The topic “Agatha All Along Episode 6’s Lilia Twist Explained: The Tower Reversed Meaning & Scene Breakdown” has two versions, a written one below, and a video version below the written one.

In a surprising turn of events, Patti LuPone’s character, Lilia, returns in Episode 6 of Agatha All Along, bringing with her a potentially ominous sign represented by the reversed Tower tarot card.

The latest episode of Marvel’s streaming series had a significant challenge ahead. Episode 6 introduced a love interest for Joe Locke’s character and explained how this teenage character arrived at the point viewers first saw him in Episode 1. Additionally, it wove in the series’ central coven of witches, including Patti LuPone’s divination specialist, into his backstory.

Why Was Lilia at William Kaplan's Bar Mitzvah?

Agatha All Along Episode 6's Lilia Twist Explained: The Tower Reversed Meaning & Scene Breakdown

Warning: The following text contains spoilers for Agatha All Along, Episode 6.

In Episode 6 of the captivating series, Agatha All Along, a series of cameos from the team of witches was featured, accompanying Joe Locke’s character, Billy Kaplan, on the Witches’ Road. Patti LuPone’s character, Lilia, made a memorable return at Billy’s Bar Mitzvah.

During the episode’s lengthy flashback sequence, we learn more about Locke’s mysterious Marvel character, who is revealed to be the ultra-powerful Wiccan.
One notable scene focuses on Kaplan’s Bar Mitzvah, which takes place just before the tragic car accident that causes his consciousness to merge with that of Billy Maximoff, Wanda’s magic-wielding son.

At this party, young William (Billy) encounters Patti LuPone’s witchy Marvel character.

Agatha All Along Episode 6's Lilia Twist Explained: The Tower Reversed Meaning & Scene Breakdown

Set before the events of the rest of the series, Lilia is hired to provide palm readings as a fun activity for the partygoers at Billy’s coming-of-age ceremony. Curious about what his future might hold, Billy asks Lilia for a reading, and she happily agrees.

As Lilia begins the reading, she tells Billy that she sees “a great journey ahead of you,” one that promises “great transformation.” However, she quickly pauses when she studies Billy’s palms and notices that, in her words, his lifeline has been broken into two.

While Lilia understands the significance of this lifeline discovery, she downplays it, telling Billy (William) that it can often signify many things, such as “personal growth and important life changes,” which certainly applies to him, especially since it’s his Bar Mitzvah. She even goes so far as to say he is “becoming a man,” a “new you.”

This moment serves as one of the first hints that something seriously wrong is about to happen to the young teenager, foreshadowing his eventual convergence with Billy Maximoff during the car accident that occurs just moments later.

The Meaning of the Tower Reversed in Agatha

As part of the reading in “Agatha All Along,” Lilia and Billy Kaplan have a significant encounter. Patti LuPone, portraying an ancient witch, concludes her session with a reference to the reversed Tower tarot card. After examining his palm, Lilia instinctively exclaims, “The Tower reversed,” but quickly pretends to have forgotten what she said. Billy, clearly shaken by the experience, gets up and leaves the tent. Before he exits, Lilia discreetly slips a charm into his jacket.

The reference to the Tower reversed comes from the world of tarot readings. The Tower card typically symbolizes sudden change, upheaval, or chaos. However, when reversed, it can also represent personal transformation, a fear of change, and the avoidance of disaster.

In the context of Billy/William, the mention of the tower likely alludes to the character’s near-death experience, which will occur shortly after he leaves his Bar Mitzvah.

The reversed card may symbolize William continuing to exist after his death and eventually accepting his new life, now influenced by the consciousness of Billy Maximoff. The personal change mentioned in the Tower may not have occurred yet. While it likely refers to William’s accident, fans could still witness the character overcoming another barrier of internal growth in the final episodes of Agatha All Along, as he nears the end of the Witches’ Road.

Perhaps Billy Kaplan’s complete transformation into Wiccan (crown included) will be part of his journey of personal growth. Agatha All Along continues on Disney+, with new episodes released every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.

Who Is Teen In Agatha All Along? Identity & Full Backstory Revealed In Episode 6

The topic “Who Is Teen In Agatha All Along? Identity & Full Backstory Revealed In Episode 6” has two versions, a written one, and a video version below the written one.

The secret is out: audiences now know the true identity of Joe Locke’s character, ‘Teen,’ after Episode 6 of Agatha All Along.

One of the worst-kept secrets among MCU fans has been the true identity of Teen in this WandaVision spin-off series. It has been widely assumed that his mysterious character would have a direct connection to Wanda Maximoff, portrayed by Elizabeth Olsen.

In the latest episode, Teen’s full backstory was revealed following the Wiccan twist at the end of Episode 5, further solidifying the ties to the MCU.

Who Is Teen in Agatha All Along?

Who Is Teen In Agatha All Along? Identity & Full Backstory Revealed In Episode 6

In Episode 6 of Agatha All Along, the series explores the mysterious backstory of Teen/Wiccan, shedding light on his complex identity and tragic past. The episode picks up following the dramatic reveal in Episode 5, where Wiccan was introduced, set to Billie Eilish’s “you should see me in a crown.”

In the new episode, viewers discover that Teen was originally known as William (or Billy) Kaplan, a teenager who tragically died in a car accident near the expanding hex created by Wanda Maximoff. During this traumatic event, the soul or consciousness of Billy Maximoff seemed to merge with Kaplan’s body, resulting in a mystical identity crisis.

After regaining consciousness from the car accident—during which his parents narrowly escaped a collision as the hex collapsed—Billy began to show symptoms of amnesia.

Billy’s parents, played by Paul Adelstein and Maria Dizzia, were understandably scared and anxious because they were worried that their son wasn’t entirely himself. Although he physically resembled Billy Kaplan, Billy later told his boyfriend, Eddie (Miles Gutierrez-Riley), that he had no memories of Kaplan’s life.

After a surprise guest appearance by Ralph Bohner (Evan Peters), who had previously been manipulated by Agatha Harkness, Billy learns more about Wanda’s influence over Westview and the fates of his twin brother, Tommy, and himself. This revelation that Tommy might still be alive ignites Billy’s new mission to find his brother and uncover the truth about his own existence.

Throughout these developments, Billy struggles with supernatural clues, including the mysterious sigil given to him by Lilia Calderu (played by Patti LuPone) during his bar mitzvah. This sigil appears to predict that his life’s path is diverging.

In Episode 6, the story comes full circle with a flashback to Billy’s courageous decision to confront Agatha in Westview. This moment was previously shown from Agatha’s perspective in Episode 1.

After gaining a new perspective on Teen’s revelation to Agatha—where he first says, “I’m William Kaplan,” and then repeats, “I’m Billy Maximoff” when she asks him to clarify—audiences are reminded of the end of Episode 5. Viewers now have a deeper understanding of Teen’s true identity and his intention to find his brother, Tommy, by completing the Witches’ Road.

“Agatha All Along” continues on Disney+, with new episodes premiering every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.

Agatha All Along: Who Is Eddie? Hulking Theories Explained

The topic “Agatha All Along: Who Is Eddie? Hulking Theories Explained” has two versions, a written one, and a video version below the written one.

Agatha All Along Episode 6 may have introduced a fan-favorite comic character, Hulking, in the form of Eddie, portrayed by Miles Gutierrez-Riley.

**Warning: The rest of this article contains spoilers from Agatha All Along Episode 6.**
After making a brief appearance through an unanswered FaceTime call in Episode 2, Gutierrez-Riley officially debuted in the MCU in the latest episode of Marvel Studios’ spooktacular streaming series.

Eddie appears throughout a significant portion of Episode 6 as the teenage boyfriend of William Kaplan (also known as Billy Maximoff), played by Joe Locke.

Agatha's Eddie/Hulking Theory Explained

Agatha All Along: Who Is Eddie? Hulking Theories Explained

Following Miles Gutierrez-Riley’s appearance as Eddie in “Agatha All Along,” some fans have begun to speculate that the character may secretly be the Marvel Comics hero known as Hulking.

In the comics, Hulking (real name Theodore Altman) is a hybrid of Skrull and Kree ancestry who grows up on Earth without knowledge of his extraterrestrial origins. Eventually, he joins the Young Avengers team, which appears to be forming in the MCU, and develops a romantic relationship with Billy Kaplan (also known as Wiccan).

The couple has become one of Marvel Comics’ most beloved modern pairs and is often celebrated for being one of the brand’s biggest queer romances in the comic book world.

That’s why, when Gutierrez-Riley appears on-screen in “Agatha All Along” as Eddie, the boyfriend of Joe Locke’s character, William (or Billy) Kaplan, the connection to the Hulkling character was instantly recognized by some viewers.

Eddie and Billy share an instant chemistry in “Agatha,” suggesting that they have been in a teenage relationship for quite some time by the time audiences meet them.

The new Marvel character takes an active interest in Billy’s exploration of his potential witchy background and what transpired with him outside of Wanda Maximoff’s Hex three years earlier.
This leads Eddie and Billy to seek out Ralph Bohner from “WandaVision,” played by Evan Peters, for information about the Westview Hex. During this meeting, Billy discovers that he has been inhabited by the spirit of Wanda’s now-disappeared son, Billy Maximoff.

Since Miles Gutierrez-Riley was cast in “Agatha All Along,” theories about his potential character have been rampant. Many fans believe that if the series introduces Wiccan (Billy Kaplan), then Hulking is likely to follow closely behind. With Wiccan now officially part of the story, it seems inevitable that Hulking will make an appearance in the MCU.

Is Eddie Hulking in Agatha All Along?

A Hulking appearance in the MCU appears to be a question of when rather than if. With Joe Locke confirmed to play the magic-wielding Billy Kaplan, it’s likely that we will soon see Hulking in some form. The relationship between Hulking and Billy is a crucial aspect of the Wiccan character. If Marvel Studios is building a future for Joe Locke’s character, then including Hulking seems almost essential. However, whether “Agatha All Along” is the right place to introduce him is another matter entirely.

Miles Gutierrez-Riley’s character, Eddie, could convincingly embody Hulking, as his physique aligns with what is depicted in the comics. References to his physique are made right in his debut episode, and his name bears a resemblance to the comic character (Eddie vs. Teddy).

However, Agatha is already juggling a lot of plot elements, and introducing another major hero might make the remaining episodes feel overstuffed.
This week, it was revealed that Joe Locke’s character, Billy, has been searching for his brother, Tommy, potentially setting up Tommy’s return in the MCU moving forward.

Additionally, there are longstanding rumors that “Agatha: All Along” will introduce the Lord of Evil himself, Mephisto, during its nine-episode run.
With the mystery surrounding Aubrey Plaza’s character, Rio Vadal, the journey toward the conclusion, and the possibility of resurrecting Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff, the final three episodes of “Agatha” are shaping up to be incredibly action-packed.

Hulking will almost certainly play a role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) at some point, and Miles Gutierrez-Riley might portray the character. However, it seems very unlikely that this will happen in Agatha All Along*”—at least not in this season.

Agatha All Along is streaming on Disney+, with new episodes released every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.

October 16, 2024 Scarlet Witch’s Return Just Teased By New Agatha All Along Trailer

Scarlet Witch’s Return Just Teased By New Agatha All Along Trailer

The topic “Scarlet Witch’s Return Just Teased By New Agatha All Along Trailer” has two versions, a written one, and a video version below the written version.

In the latest trailer for Marvel Studios’ Agatha All Along, there may be a hint at the return of Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch, more than two years after her last appearance. Although Wanda Maximoff is known as one of the MCU’s most powerful characters, the Scarlet Witch was confirmed to be dead in the first episode of Agatha All Along. This has been the case since she seemingly perished under Mount Wundagore in 2022’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Agatha All Along, serving as a true WandaVision spin-off, brought back multiple characters from its Disney+ predecessor. Considering Wanda’s immense popularity with MCU fans, she remains a hot topic as viewers continually ask whether this new series will bring her back into the fold.

Agatha All Along Trailer Teases Scarlet Witch's Return

The official midseason trailer for “Agatha All Along” hinted at a possible return for Elizabeth Olsen’s character, Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, after her apparent death in “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.” The trailer included a quick glimpse of the red Hex that Wanda created in “WandaVision,” which trapped Westview and its residents in a TV-sitcom-inspired reality.

Scarlet Witch’s Return Just Teased By New Agatha All Along Trailer

Another brief clip depicted Locke in the backseat of a car, glancing back at the Hex, which was reflected in the window.

Finally, in the last moment of the sequence, Billy Maximoff yells, “Mom!” as the car avoids hitting oncoming traffic and crashes into a nearby tree just off the road.

One week after it was confirmed that Joe Locke’s “Teen” character is the MCU’s version of Wiccan/Billy Maximoff, one of Wanda’s superpowered twin sons, the trailer further confirmed the reveal. In the trailer, Agatha asked the question, “What does Billy Maximoff want at the end of the road?”

Will the Scarlet Witch Return in Agatha All Along?

Despite being deceased, Elizabeth Olsen’s character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to make headlines. Most recently, Marvel’s top executives discussed the possibility of a Scarlet Witch solo movie at the premiere of “Agatha All Along.” With the release of a trailer teasing her appearance in the show, the calls for her return are likely to grow louder and more frequent. Although Wanda is believed to be deceased at the beginning of “Agatha All Along,” there is no guarantee that she will remain dead.

It’s likely that the scene showing Wanda’s Hex will turn out to be a flashback, possibly revealing the reincarnated spirit of Billy Maximoff inhabiting Locke’s character. WandaVision director Matt Shakman has previously stated that he cannot confirm whether Billy can survive outside of Wanda’s hex. These flashback scenes in Agatha could provide fans with answers about how Billy’s resurrection occurred and how he can exist outside of the new reality created by the Scarlet Witch.

However, more notably, these scenes will leave fans wondering whether Westview could be the place where Wanda makes her grand comeback. If this comeback were to happen, it would most likely not occur until sometime in the last episode or two to ensure that Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha gets her rightful shine. Marvel may even save Wanda’s true comeback for a bigger film such as Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars and only lay out the stepping stones in this show.

One theory suggests that Billy might have wished for his mother’s return at the end of the Witches’ Road when he and the coven reached that point. However, as he also serves as an obstacle for Agatha to overcome, this may be a challenging task.

Regardless of how this unfolds, Wanda’s imminent return is at the forefront of fans’ minds more than it has been in the past couple of years, with “Agatha All Along” potentially paving the way for this to happen.
The first five episodes of Agatha All Along are currently available to stream on Disney+. Episode 6 will premiere on Wednesday, October 16 at 6 p.m. ET.

Agatha All Along’s New Trailer Revealed a Mysterious Person, Who Could They Be?

In the most recent trailer of “Agatha All Along,” a mysterious person was shown in a curious shot. With the season halfway through, things are looking grim for Agatha Harkness and her coven. They seem to have a sinking feeling about what’s to come. A new trailer might provide answers for the upcoming episodes, but it also raises more questions.

Who Was That Trench-Coated Man?

Agatha All Along's New Trailer Revealed a Mysterious Person, Who Could They Be?

Marvel released a mid-season trailer for Agatha All Along on Monday, October 14. The trailer is packed with intriguing and spoiler-filled details. One of the most significant mysteries teased in the trailer is a single shot at the 51-second mark of a mysterious person. The person is seen from the back, wearing what appears to be a trench coat and a hat.

Now, the identity of this individual is completely unknown, but that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating and coming up with theories about who it could be. Some are wondering if it could be Mephisto, who is essentially Marvel’s version of Satan. He has a sinister appearance with crimson red skin. Mephisto was mentioned in the third episode of “Agatha All Along,” when Jen Kale revealed that Agatha once gave her own son to Mephisto.

If you recognize the name, it’s probably because during the release of WandaVision in 2021, fans kept connecting many of the show’s major events to Mephisto. However, Mephisto ultimately didn’t appear in WandaVision, which left many fans disappointed.

Could the MCU be planning to finally satisfy all those Mephisto enthusiasts from three-and-a-half years ago? Well, there are rumors that Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen is set to play the character in certain Marvel projects. However, it’s not confirmed whether Agatha All Along is one of them.

There is another theory suggesting that the person in the trench coat is Vision, specifically the rebuilt White Vision from the later episodes of WandaVision. He was last seen flying off to an unknown location, possibly on a journey to discover himself (or a Vision Quest). Considering the original Vision’s connection to Billy Maximoff, and the fact that Billy has been confirmed to be the true identity of Teen (Joe Locke) through Agatha’s marketing, it is possible that Vision has been drawn back to Westview due to his son’s emerging supernatural powers.

Other guesses, which can be quickly ruled out, include Michael Chiklis’ Ben Grimm from the 2005 Fantastic Four movie, who once wore a trench coat and fedora (surely, a Reed Richards-level stretch), and the shadowy “Stranger” character from the closing scenes of 2014’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Not even the Multiverse Saga could make those suggestions fly.

Whoever this mysterious player may be, they already feel akin to WandaVision’s infamous Beekeeper from its second episode. Hopefully, a more narratively satisfying answer is provided for the face behind Mr. (or Mrs.) Trench Coat.

Marvel Television’s Agatha All Along releases new episodes on Wednesdays, with the next one coming on Wednesday, October 16.

October 14, 2024 Robert Downey Jr. Will Return to the MCU Next Year BEFORE Avengers: Doomsday (Report)

Robert Downey Jr. Will Return to the MCU Next Year BEFORE Avengers: Doomsday (Report)

The topic “Robert Downey Jr. Will Return to the MCU Next Year BEFORE Avengers: Doomsday (Report)” has two versions, a written one, and a video version below the written version.

Robert Downey Jr. is confirmed to return to the MCU with Avengers: Doomsday. However, according to a new report, he may be back sooner. Marvel Studios sent shockwaves through Hollywood this summer when Downey Jr. was announced as the MCU’s Doctor Doom at San Diego Comic-Con. The former Iron Man actor is set to lead Avengers: Doomsday.

Robert Downey Jr.'s MCU Return Is Coming Sooner Than Expected

Robert Downey Jr. Will Return to the MCU Next Year BEFORE Avengers: Doomsday (Report)

According to a post on X (formerly Twitter) by Daniel Richtman, Robert Downey Jr. is set to make more appearances in the MCU as Doctor Doom beyond the two Avengers films scheduled for release in 2026 and 2027. The insider mentioned that Downey Jr. will also appear in The Fantastic Four: First Stepps and “potentially some other projects” between Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, after which “that’ll likely be it for him.” If he appears in The Fantastic Four, it would bring Downey Jr. back to the MCU in July 2025, just under a year before Doomsday releases in May 2026.

In the Marvel universe, Doctor Doom has always been a major threat, particularly to the Fantastic Four, and is considered to be the complete opposite of Reed Richards. According to a report by Alex Perez from The Cosmic Circus, in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, there is very little interaction between Mr. Fantastic and Doctor Doom. Perez compared their dynamic to Thanos and Tony Stark in Infinity War. In this comparison, Tony Stark was only aware of an anonymous threat coming from space, while Thanos knew almost everything he needed to know about Iron Man.

The director of “The Fantastic Four,” Matt Shakman, confirmed to Collider earlier this year that he had known “for a while” that Downey Jr. had been cast as Doctor Doom and was forced to keep it “under wraps.” The villain is reportedly set to appear in his 2025 MCU movie, which explains why it was kept a secret.
In the MCU, Doctor Doom will obviously come from another universe, as the face on Earth-616 already belongs to Iron Man. Since “The Fantastic Four” is confirmed to take place elsewhere in the Multiverse, it wouldn’t be surprising if Doom’s home universe was the same as the new first family.

It is uncertain whether Robert Downey Jr. will film his scenes shortly before The Fantastic Four wraps principal photography later this year or at a later date. As the Oscar winner will be filming Doomsday for around three months next year, he could shoot his Fantastic Four role then in time for its release in July.

Fans shouldn’t expect to see much from Downey Jr. and Doctor Doom next year, as Galactus will be the main threat faced in The Fantastic Four. However, his arrival and Multiversal plot might be teased in a post-credits scene after being referenced at various points in the movie.

With less than a year to go until The Fantastic Four hits theaters next July, fans won’t have to wait long to see Downey Jr. back in the MCU and to catch their first look at Doctor Doom. For moviegoers who don’t follow online casting news, his appearance will undoubtedly be a jaw-dropping shock.
In terms of where Doctor Doom could appear between Doomsday and Secret Wars, Spider-Man 4 and Doctor Strange 3 are both possibilities. These much-anticipated sequels are likely to be released between the Avengers blockbusters and are expected to have Multiversal connections.

It’s interesting to think about what will happen to the character of Doom after the Multiverse Saga, especially since it’s unlikely that Downey Jr. will continue in the role for the long term. Maybe we’ll get to see Earth-616’s Victor von Doom, portrayed by a different actor, who could then develop his own rivalry with Pedro Pascal’s Reed Richards. “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” will be released in theaters on July 25, 2025.

Wiccan’s “Powerful” Crown Explained By Agatha All Along Designer

The topic “Wiccan’s “Powerful” Crown Explained By Agatha All Along Designer” has two versions, a written one, and a video version below the written version.

In episode 5 of Disney+’s spooky streaming series, “Agatha All Along,” the designers revealed details about Wiccan’s powerful crown. The episode unveiled Joe Locke’s character, who is Wanda Maximoff’s super-powered son, Wiccan. The conclusion of the episode showed Wiccan wearing a spell-binding crown, similar to his appearance in the comic books. The scene was appropriately soundtracked by Billie Eilish’s “You Should See Me in a Crown.”

Marvel Designer Teases Wiccan's Crown

Wiccan’s “Powerful” Crown Explained By Agatha All Along Designer

After Joe Locke was revealed as Wiccan in Episode 5 of “Agatha All Along,” Marvel Studios costume designer Daniel Selon teased more about the hero’s on-screen appearance. In a post on his personal Instagram account, Selon discussed the design of Wiccan’s crown. He described the headpiece as a “beautiful blue chrome ómbre” that reflects the concentric lines in Damascus steel:

“This crown was a result of a beautiful and exciting collaboration between Prop Master Russell Bobbitt and my team. We pulled inspiration from the concentric lines in Damascus steel and also ripples on the surface of water. With a beautiful blue chrome ómbre paint treatment we finally arrived at this powerful Crown.”

The scene where Wiccan’s crown was revealed was quite dark, so some details like its color may not have been clear. However, it looks like this is just the start of the character’s full-costumed look. Selon mentioned that even more details about his “full identity [emerge] in the coming episodes:”

“You’ll just have to wait to see what else is revealed as his full identity emerges in the coming episodes…”

Undoubtedly, this suggests that with only four episodes remaining, Wiccan and his intricately entwined diadem will be profoundly enmeshed in the unfolding narrative.

Wiccan's MCU Crown Explained

Wiccan’s “Powerful” Crown Explained By Agatha All Along Designer

Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) have been eagerly awaiting the debut of Wiccan, the super-powered persona of Billy Maximoff, who first appeared in WandaVision. A younger version of Billy Kaplan in Wiccan’s iconic costume was briefly teased in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness via a statue in Mount Wundagore. The long-awaited moment finally arrived, and based on fan reactions online, it was glorious. However, this version of Wiccan, specifically his crown, looks a bit different from the one in Marvel Comics.

In the comics, Wiccan’s crown is usually depicted as a simple silver band of metal, unlike the more pointed headpiece worn by his in-universe mother, the Scarlet Witch. However, there are also appearances of the character where he has no headpiece at all, simply parting his wavy brown hair down the middle. Joe Locke’s rendition of the character features a costume with a more crown-like version. It seems to be directly inspired by that of the Scarlet Witch, with the same interwoven metal and similar jagged points coming down towards his eyebrows.
The camera shot in Episode 5 of Agatha shows that Locke’s crown does not have pointed horns like Wanda Maximoff’s in the MCU. It appears to be a band of metal with intricate design work, similar to the one from the comics. Additionally, Locke’s magic matches the color of his crown, a detail he shares with his assumed on-screen mother. In WandaVision, Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch crown magically appeared with a hue of red matching her sparking magic powers.

Just prior to revealing that he is a Wiccan, Locke’s character was seen using bright blue magic, which matches the “blue chrome ómbre paint” described by Selon on Instagram. Wiccan’s identity was just one of the major mysteries surrounding Agatha. Fans can still expect Agatha All Along to delve into secrets like Rio Vidal’s identity as it returns with new episodes every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET on Disney+.

The topic “Agatha All Along Episode 5’s Wiccan Teen Twist Explained” has two versions, a written one, and a video format below.

In Episode 5 of “Agatha All Along,” the show revealed a major twist involving Joe Locke’s character, Teen, who is speculated to be Wiccan, also known as Billy Maximoff, Wanda Maximoff’s super-powered son. The show had previously hinted at this connection but also tried to mislead viewers.

Who Is Teen In Agatha All Along? Wiccan Identify Explained

Warning: The following text contains major spoilers for Episode 5 of Agatha All Along.

Agatha All Along Episode 5's Wiccan Teen Twist Explained

In the final moments of Marvel Studios’ Agatha All Along Episode 5, a clear indication of the true identity of Joe Locke’s Teen is provided. Wiccan, also known as Billy Maximoff, is revealed.

Episode 5 shows Agatha and the coven embarking on the third trial on the Witches’ Road, which focuses on Agatha herself. After most of the witches leave the house (excluding Alice Wu-Gulliver’s character), Teen confronts Agatha about her power-hungry nature.

As their gazes locked in silent defiance, Agatha leaned in close, murmuring softly, “You’re so much like your mother.” This simple remark sparked an eruption within Teen, igniting his latent powers for the very first time. With a mere thought, he seized control of Sasheer Zamata’s Jennifer Kale and Patti LuPone’s Lilia Calderu, compelling them to hurl Agatha into the inky black sludge lining The Road, where she began to sink.

Moments later, Teen sent Jennifer and Lilia tumbling into the viscous pit behind Agatha, his hands sparking with vivid blue energy. As the raw force coursed through him, a regal crown materialized atop his head—eerily reminiscent of Wanda Maximoff’s own crown that marked her ascension as the Scarlet Witch, though his glowed in blue hues rather than the scarlet she bore.

Agatha All Along Episode 5's Wiccan Teen Twist Explained

In Episode 5, it was revealed that Teen is Wiccan/Billy Maximoff, which was not a huge surprise as Marvel had already hinted at it in the trailer with subtitles in “Agatha All Along.” It’s also worth noting that Billy’s powers share the same blue hue as those of Locke’s younger counterpart, played by Julian Hilliard, in the later episodes of “WandaVision” in 2021.

Agatha All Along Episode 5's Wiccan Teen Twist Explained

Is Wiccan the Villain of Agatha All Along?

It seems likely that Billy Maximoff could become a villain in Agatha Harkness’s story, given the history between the Maximoff family and Agatha. However, since this reveal comes only halfway through the season, Billy might just be a temporary obstacle for Agatha. On the other hand, there are signs indicating that Aubrey Plaza’s Rio could be the MCU’s version of Death in disguise. This was hinted at in Episode 5 with multiple mentions of death, and Plaza’s character was not seen after the coven left the house.

It’s quite evident that Agatha and Rio have a previous relationship, most likely an intimate one. This is likely to be further explored in the upcoming four episodes. While the prospect of Agatha’s potential connection to the son of her greatest adversary is intriguing, the revelation of her possible ex-lover and Death reincarnated would undoubtedly raise the stakes even higher.

Viewers are currently anticipating Episode 6 to delve deeply into the Billy Maximoff storyline after months of diversions and secrets. Following that, numerous paths could be pursued.

The initial five episodes of Agatha All Along are now available for streaming on Disney+.

Marvel’s Agatha Movie Appearance Prospects Addressed by Kathryn Hahn

This article has two versions, the written version, and the video version below.

In a recent dialogue, Kathryn Hahn revealed her perspective on how Agatha Harkness could seamlessly weave into a future Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film.

Agatha Harkness, one of the distinctive figures brought into the MCU’s vast tapestry via a Disney+ series, is part of a growing ensemble making this transition. Slowly but inevitably, characters like Iman Vellani’s Ms. Marvel are stepping beyond the confines of television into the expansive world of Marvel films.

With Hahn’s portrayal of Agatha in WandaVision earning a fervent following and her character now receiving a dedicated series titled Agatha All Along, anticipation grows among fans who are eagerly awaiting her debut on the silver screen.

Kathryn Hahn on Agatha's Movie Potential

Marvel's Agatha Movie Appearance Prospects Addressed by Kathryn Hahn

During a live recording of the Happy Sad Confused podcast at New York City’s 92nd Street Y in September, Kathryn Hahn discussed the possibility of Agatha Harkness appearing in an MCU movie. Josh Horwitz asked Hahn about how she sees Agatha fitting into teams from the movie side of the MCU, mentioning Agatha’s role as a governess for Reed Richards and Sue Storm’s son Franklin in the comics. Hahn talked about the potential of bringing more experienced witches rooted to the Earth into an MCU movie, as opposed to the untrained Wanda Maximoff who has been the only witch in the MCU so far:

“I keep thinking about witches, and this is the first time an old-school, learned witch that learned from their mother’s covens their grandmother’s covens, like, these are the first witches that are, like, rooted to the earth. Y’know, the Scarlet Witch is is so untrained. She’s born with this incredible chaos and magic...”

She expressed that she believesthink[s] the witches are a really great … way in anywhere, and that her introduction to the MCU as Agatha felt like she wascoming in through, like, a side door:

“I think the witches are a really great… A really great, great way in anywhere. And I also- That’s why, when it was a witch that I was proposed to enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe, I was like It really felt wicked stepsister-y, like we were getting away with something, coming in through, like, a side door. We were like,Don’t mind me!Because it really did feel like, when is someone gonna pull the plug?”

Ultimately, she believes there would be a lot of potential fun in incorporating Agatha and her coven of witches from Agatha All Along into any group of MCU characters:

“But I do think that there, there is… would be a lot of potential fun in just dropping a witch into any grouping.”

How Could Agatha Be In A Marvel Movie?

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is expanding to better reflect the way characters are used in the comics. Even if a character doesn’t have their own solo project, they can still appear in another character’s story, thanks to the shared universe. In an interview, Hahn and Horwitz discussed how Agatha, who has appeared prominently in around 160 issues, has made her way around Earth 616. She spent time as Franklin Storm’s governess, trained Wanda Maximoff, was killed by her, and then eventually resurrected.

Agatha has made appearances in comics like Fantastic Four, Avengers, Avengers West Coast, Alpha Flight, and Wonder Man—sometimes as a central or supporting character, other times in brief cameos. In the MCU, she could easily take on a similar role. It’s not uncommon for a character leading their own series or film to pop up in another — take Matt Murdock, for example.

If a storyline calls for a witch, Agatha would be an exciting addition. One of the most fitting places for her return would be in the much-anticipated Scarlet Witch movie.

If “Agatha All Along” brings back Elizabeth Olsen’s character Wanda from the dead (as rumored), it would make sense for the Wanda/Agatha connection to continue in the movies.

“Agatha All Along” is currently airing on Disney+, with new episodes premiering every Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 4 Will Release Later Than Originally Planned (Rumor Report)

The release of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 4 may take longer than expected. Following the huge success of 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home, which earned nearly $2 billion at the box office, fans are eagerly awaiting the next installment. While Tom Holland is excited about the upcoming Spidey movie, it has been almost three years since the release of No Way Home, and the exact release date for the sequel remains unknown.

Later Expected Release for Tom Holland's Spider-Man 4

Alex Perez of The Cosmic Circus recently divulged an update regarding the release timeline for Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures’ Spider-Man 4 via a post on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Perez revealed that Sony has an untitled film slated for a theatrical debut on July 27, 2025, which is a mere nine months away. Originally, this was the intended release date for Spider-Man 4, but Perez clarified that the film has now been postponed, shifting its release to July 2026.

“This date was originally the set date for ‘Spider-Man 4.’ As of this moment, the film has been moved to July 2026.”

Back in August, insider Daniel Richtman suggested that Spider-Man 4 could be arriving in July 2026, aligning with Perez’s more recent claims and lending further credibility to the rumored delay.

What Will Happen With Spider-Man 4?

In September 2024, it was reported that the director of “Shang-Chi,” Destin Daniel Cretton, is in line to direct “Spider-Man 4.” However, progress on the sequel has been slow. The story for “Spider-Man 4” started development back in late 2021 during the press tour for “No Way Home,” but almost three years later, the film has yet to move out of pre-production. Filming is now set to start in May 2025, with Tom Holland and Zendaya expected to return for major roles. The big question is how Zendaya’s MJ will be used in the story after forgetting about Peter Parker’s existence by the end of “No Way Home.”

The latest rumors about Spider-Man 4 suggest that it could be a multiversal event similar to No Way Home, following the success of that film. If filming begins next May, the movie is expected to be released between Avengers: Doomsday (May 1, 2026) and Avengers: Secret Wars (May 7, 2027). Although details about the storyline have not been revealed, Marvel may choose to place it at a different point in the timeline. Fans are eagerly anticipating Spider-Man’s next solo adventure, which is rumored to hit theaters in 2026.
