It suggests that he may be a variant who was pruned by the Time Variance Authority (TVA) and sent to the Void at the End of Time. The Void was first introduced in Loki Season 1 and further explored in Deadpool & Wolverine, serving as the dumping ground for everything the TVA prunes. Downey Jr.’s transformation into Doctor Doom could represent a significant divergence from the Sacred Timeline, which would lead to his pruning and subsequent placement in the Void.

He then convinced her to fall in love with him and even to become his bride.
Marvel Studios has laid a solid foundation for adapting “The Children’s Crusade” into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). This is particularly evident after the events of “Agatha All Along,” in which Billy Maximoff is reincarnated in the body of William Kaplan. Together with Agatha Harkness, he embarks on a quest to find his similarly reincarnated brother, Tommy. It is highly likely that the new Wiccan (Billy) and Speed (Tommy) will join the anticipated Young Avengers team, who could be searching for the Scarlet Witch.
